Africa is the perfect blend of beans rich in purple fruit and molasses flavors, extremely smooth, sourced from Uganda, with the best African coffee carefully roasted to enhance its best aromatic notes.
Located in Bundibugyo, in Western Uganda, Semuliki Forest cocoa is grown by 1,002 small-scale organic farmers in the region, 52% of whom are women. The centralized fermentation plant and LTC warehouse are located in the village of Bumate, at the foot of the hills leading to the mountains. The developed aromatic notes are sweet and pleasant, reminiscent of purple fruit and a delicious chocolate ganache.
