Nacional bean
Bean from Nacional Acriollado cacao in Ecuador. This area is rich in “Complejo Nacional”: ancient Acriollado Nacional cocoa trees that recall the delicate taste typical of albino cocoa. A soft and balanced cocoa, whose flavors are released thanks to a medium, non-aggressive roasting, and stone grinding for a longer period.
