A numbered edition of handmade chocolate, in a black & white version, offered in only 100 pieces, for a sweet and serene Easter.

Description

A dark egg, born from the marriage of cocoa from Gibraltar, on the shores of Lake Maracaibo, Venezuela, and the Tonda Gentile Trilobata hazelnut from Alta Langa. The result is an incredible explosion of aromas and flavours, thanks to the combination of the world’s best roasted hazelnut and the intense notes of cocoa, especially cookies, banana and light caramel.

Our first white chocolate, made with natural cocoa butter from Venezuela and milk powder from Piedmontese dairy farms. A gentle and delicate chocolate, where the floral and fruity aromas of cocoa butter blend well with the natural sweetness of Piedmontese milk. The contrast with the lightly roasted Stigliano pistachio enriches the tasting, making it unique.

Aging: minimum 30 days
