Arriba Nacional bean

Fava sourced from Nacional Acriollado cocoa in Ecuador. This region is rich in “Complejo Nacional”: ancient Acriollado cocoa trees that evoke the delicate taste typical of albino cocoa. A smooth and balanced cocoa, whose aromas are released thanks to a medium, non-aggressive roasting, and a stone grinding for a longer period of time.
